What are the chances? You wait for years for a piece of good news from Jack Osbourne and then two come along at once!

The reality star turned documentary film-maker only announced his engagement a couple of weeks ago.

And yesterday he revealed that he and his new fiancée are expecting a baby.
The 25-year-old son of Ozzy and Sharon made the surprise announcement during an interview with Piers Morgan in the US.

"I'm excited. I'm a little nervous, but I'm excited," he told the talk show host. "It's gonna be fun. I'm not going to do a reality show, though!"

Shame... imagine the tears and tantrums there will be as he and Lisa Stelly (who have been dating for less than a year) plan a wedding and prepare for a new baby.

So what did Jack's parents make of the news?

Luckily, they were on Piers' show too. Ozzy declared: "I'm in shock. I think it's fabulous," while Sharon revealed she had "always wanted to be a grandma".

Congratulations (and good luck) to Jack and Lisa!

Sarah Harding has reportedly checked herself into rehab to seek treatment for alcohol addiction and depression.

The Girls Aloud singer has long been known as a party animal and it's rumoured she "hit the bottle" as she struggled to get over her recent split from fiancé Tom Crane.

A source told The Sun: "Splitting from Tom has played a huge part in her decision to seek help. She just needs to get herself back on track emotionally. She had hit rock bottom."

Not usually one to turn down a night out, Sarah has been notably absent from the party scene of late, despite bandmate Cheryl Cole's new-found love of the nightlife.

It is thought Sarah's partying was at the root of the rows that ended her relationship with DJ Tom, though it was reported this week that they were in make-or-break talks.
The source added: "It all just got the better of her. She had been with Tom for a long time. All her plans for the future suddenly came crashing down.

"... She was burying her head in the sand, but now she is getting support."

Harding's spokesman confirmed that she had entered a rehab facility.

Tulisa might have made a big splash as a judge on The X Factor, but she's also got an unusual side-project on the go to promote an unlikely hobby.

Yep, Tulisa and her N-Dubz bandmates Dappy and Fazer are determined to get fans hooked on angling - and they've filmed a DVD to reel in the punters.
She said: "I first went with my dad when I was three and really enjoyed it. I still go to the Lakes with him as much as I can. Maggots don't scare me - we had them in the fridge at home.

"It's so peaceful sitting there seeing what you might catch. Dappy's been fishing with me. He likes it, too."

The 60-minute DVD, titled Catch Reel Fish has already been filmed and will be on sale in time for Christmas. And no, that wasn't a hint about what we want in our stocking.

Tulisa and the boys made the film with her dad Plato and Dappy's late father Byron, with some of the fishing filmed on location in Spain.

Plato said: "It was always a dream of Byron's and mine to have an angling DVD of us all and I think it is going to go down well. We started filming six years ago so we have loads of great footage.

"If a fraction of N-Dubz fans buy it, it will still be a massive hit and hopefully get a lot more kids off the streets and into fishing, which has to be a good thing."

We quite agree. And those hoodies will keep them nice and warm when the weather turns chilly as they sit on the riverbank.

Last we heard from Tulisa she was stirring it up on Twitter.

The R&B star has proved that she's the bigger woman (in a manner of speaking) by declaring that she has forgiven violent ex-BF Chris Brown and "moved on". Which is more than we can say if we are honest!
Speaking in an interview with Esquire US, Ri-Ri said hating Chris was "taking up too much of my time".

She explained: "It was too much anger. I'm really excited to see the breakthrough he's had in his career. I would never wish anything horrible for him. Never. I never have.

"It's incredible to see how he pulled out the way he did. Even when the world seemed like it was against him, you know? I'm a fan of his stuff. I've always been a fan."

Of course it's probably not difficult to be so magnanimous when you are one of the biggest pop stars on the planet, you've just been voted the sexiest woman in the world and your record sales make your ex's look like a drop in the ocean.

In case you'd forgotten, Chris served time for a violent attack on Rihanna back in 2009 - and he has failed to put his reputation as an angry oaf behind him since.

Remember Matt Cardle, the happy chap in the hat who won The X Factor last year?

Well it seems that the chirpy Essex lad was hiding his private agony under that famous cap - because he has now revealed that he was tormented at having to "massively compromise" his artistic integrity.
And the 28-year-old details the humiliations he had to endure to win fame in an interview in the new edition of Look magazine.

He says: "I wore yellow trousers and sang Katy Perry's Firework for f*** sake! Singing pop songs without my guitar and covered in make-up didn't sit right.

"I hear people in the street saying: 'There's the guy that won X Factor'. I can't wait for that to just disappear."

Whoah there Matt, be careful what you wish for mate! We're sure Steve Brookstein probably said something similar.

Anyway, you're probably keen to know how Matt is trying to make his image a bit more edgy, eh?

He's done a magazine photoshoot in a greasy spoon caff, with a fake tattoo "sleeve" on his arm.

Remember Matt Cardle, the happy chap in the hat who won The X Factor last year?

Well it seems that the chirpy Essex lad was hiding his private agony under that famous cap - because he has now revealed that he was tormented at having to "massively compromise" his artistic integrity.
And the 28-year-old details the humiliations he had to endure to win fame in an interview in the new edition of Look magazine.

Cheryl Cole is reportedly meeting up with her ex-boss Simon Cowell now that the dust has settled on all that X Factor USA silliness.

We know that their frosty relationship following her axing from the show has begun to thaw with Cheryl's attempts at banter on Twitter, but she's now ready to see Simon face-to-face to discuss working together again.
Although the pair have spoken, it will be the first time they've met in person since Simon dumped her from the show five months ago.

"It had been pretty frosty for a while but Cheryl has mellowed and they've turned a corner," a source told The Sun.

"Simon has always wanted to remain friends with her but it's understandable how she needed time to calm down. Now they're on talking terms and banter is in full swing, they're discussing a meet, which is likely to be in LA."

Cheryl flew out to the States earlier his week sporting a peculiar pair of X Factor style trousers.
However, she took to Twitter to dismiss claims they were to a message to say she'd be rejoining the talent show.

"Promise I am not trying to send out subliminal msgs to anybody through my jeans.. They just looked cool to me.. But since you mention it.."

She then tweeted an impression of The X Factor theme tune.

What can this possibly all mean? Will she return to a version of the show?

Although viewing figures on the UK version are down on last year, the show seems to be doing ok without her. However, the US version has not exactly set ratings alight.

And given Cheryl's rave reviews for her short appearance on the US show, perhaps we'll see her make a return there?
