Cocozza dad: 'Frankie's slept with 67 girls'

It's no secret X Factor's Frankie Cocozza likes the girls. But while he's happy to brag to the world of his conquests via the medium of his bum, a little part of us would still be mortified if our parents started publically discussing our sex lives - even if they were talking us up.

Frankie's dad has been speaking to the papers about just how many notches there are on his son's bed post.
"I think he is on number 67," he told The People. "I don't think he has slept with more than 100 girls.... He didn't tell me how young he was when he started getting into girls, but he was about 12."

Frankie Snr also also seemed to confirm reports of 19 year-old Frankie's canoodlings with axed contestant Amelia Lily.

"They'd had a kiss and a cuddle.[Frankie is] not heartbroken and he had said to her from day one he didn't want a relationship," he said.

"He was gutted about Amelia getting kicked out and sent home."

We know we'd almost forgotten who she was (a week is a long time in X Factor land), but it seems Frankie has too, as he's already making moves on another lady who works at the show's studios.

A source told The Sun: "Putting him near a pretty woman is like letting a Tasmanian Devil loose in a butcher's. He was clearly very taken by this particular girl."

Better call the tattooist.

Are you a Frankie fan? Did he deserve to stay over NuVibe last night? Let us know your thoughts.

Heidi Range, Sadie Frost and Jennifer Ellison for Dancing On Ice?

Normally the contestants on upcoming reality shows are kept firmly under wraps until the show is at least a few weeks from airing.

Looks like the producers of Dancing On Ice need a lesson in keeping their line-up a secret then, as various celebrities have been spotted training with Torvill and Dean at an ice rink in Slough.
The stars were being put through their paces by the skating pros ahead of the new series which doesn't hit screens until January.

And as per, it's the usual mix of ailing singers, soapstars and ex-Blue Peter presenters, all after that profile boost.

Among them were Sugababes singer Heidi Range, former Brookside actress Jennifer Ellison and Jude Law's ex, Sadie Frost.

The soaps are heavily represented among the new batch of 'famous' skating stars with actors from all four dramas spotted in training.

EastEnders actress Laila Morse is taking to the ice along with Hollyoaks' Jorgie Porter, Corrie's Kirk aka Andy Whyment and Emmerdale's Matthew Wolfenden, who turned up wearing a Halloween mask to avoid being seen.

Fitness guru Rosemary Connelly, ex-Blue Peter presenter Andy Akinwolere, ex Tottenham Hotspurs goalie Ian Walker and skier Chemmy Alcott look like they are also taking part.

Nothing has been confirmed as yet and there's plenty of time for slips, trips and falls between now and January for replacements to be called.

What do you make of the rumoured line up? Is there anyone else you would like to see? Leave a comment below.

Peter Andre reveals he sang at David Schwimmer's wedding

His pop career may be dwindling, but it's ok as Peter Andre has found himself another way to pay the bills - as a wedding singer.

Pete has revealed that he sang at the nuptials of Friends star David Schwimmer (that's Ross to you and me) after becoming pals at the beginning of the year. Now there is a random celeb friendship if ever there was one.
Speaking at the launch of his new ITV2 show, Peter Andre: My Life, the Aussie star revealed that he was asked to sing at the renewal of the couple's vows last month, but chose to keep the news secret.

Peter, who described the Friends actor as a "really nice man", admitted the performance had come about "by chance", as David's English wife Zoe Bruckman "loved" his song Mysterious Girl.

However, the singer was plagued with throat problems, which left him unable to complete the whole song.

"I got there and I said to Claire [Powell, my manager] 'I don't know what I'm going to do'. So I basically talked. I actually have to be honest, I talked through his wedding. I was a bit scared. I thought I'd rather not do it. So I sung the verses, I wasn't going to risk it," he said.

Despite making it through the performance, Peter admitted he is still suffering with his throat and is facing surgery to remove a legion.

"I'm not happy about it at all. I'm struggling through everything but I'm getting there. I'll know in a few weeks whether I have to have the operation or not," he said.

The singer also revealed he has filmed an interview with Piers Morgan for the upcoming series of Life Stories, which he said would "be positive" and not just focused on his split with Katie Price.

What on earth will he find to talk about then?

What do you make of Pete and David's friendship? Would you like Pete to sing at your wedding? Leave a comment below.

Shia LaBeouf in Vancouver bar brawl

Shia LaBeouf continued on his mission to become Hollywood's biggest bad boy by reportedly getting into yet another brawl.

According to US reports the Transformers actor was involved in a heated exchange outside Vancouver nightspot the Cinema Public House at the weekend.

And inevitably there were fisticuffs involved.
Eyewitnesses say the "intoxicated" 25-year-old traded insults with a much-larger reveller in the early hours of Friday morning.

One spy told Radar Online: "He got into a confrontation with a couple of people. He took a few punches to the face. He was obviously pretty intoxicated."

Security managed to separate the pair, only for the fight to continue outside the bar, where Shia ended up being floored while waiting for a taxi.

LaBeouf was subsequently restrained before he could launch a revenge attack.

Unfortunately, it's not the first time Shia's found himself in an alcohol-induced predicament.

In 2007 he was arrested for DUI. In 2008, he was charged with misdemeanour criminal trespassing after being "messed up on the special magic sauce" (his words, not ours) in a Walgreen's store in Chicago, and earlier this year he found himself in a similar bar brawl in California.

Mind you, if the recent Marilyn Manson spitting incident is anything to go by, it's hardly surprising that Shia keeps getting punched.

Rehab surely beckons... followed (hopefully) by a course of anger management.

What do you think - is Shia LaBeouf rehab bound? Leave a comment below...

X Factor: Frankie 'slams Gary's song choice'

They all start so fresh-faced and full of hope... but one week in the bottom two and the cracks begin to appear.

Following his, let's be honest, awful performance on Saturday night's show, X Factor hopeful Frankie Cocozza is laying the blame firmly at mentor Gary Barlow's feet.

Much was made of the fact that the Take That star changed Frankie's song to Coldplay's The Scientist shortly before the big night.

But all that talk about how much the wannabe "trusted" his mentor was apparently rubbish.

According to The Sun, a nervous Frankie told fans outside the studio prior to Saturday's show that they shouldn't expect too much "because he'd been given a s*** song".
An insider told the paper: "He was grumpy about performing it and rightly predicted it would land him in the bottom two. But he didn't dare go against Gary. He was upset, frustrated and worried."

The song choice didn't go down well with the judges - Tulisa said it was "always the same vibe" and Louis suggested Frankie had "lost his swagger".

Gary, on the other hand went with: "Back in the real world that was fantastic mate, well done."

Which was the exact moment we lost faith in the Take That man.

Still, Frankie and his tattooed backside will be back next week because Nu Vibe were marginally less impressive.

Cocozza told The Sun that he will get his "cheekiness" back on Saturday and is hopeful of some female dancers.

"It's gonna be big," he revealed. "I'm going to go all out. I'm just going to go for it."

Which was your favourite X Factor performance from Saturday's show?

What do you think - was Gary's song choice to blame for Frankie's poor showing? Comments below please...

Ricky Gervais blasted over 'mong' gags (VOTE)

Ricky Gervais has been taken to task by some of his fellow stand-up comedians over his repeated use of the word "mong" on Twitter.

And the star of The Office has responded in the manner of his most famous creation, David Brent, by telling his critics that - actually - they're wrong because the meaning of the word has changed.
He didn't say "FACT" though, thankfully.

Ricky argued that the word may once have been used as an insult against Down's Syndrome sufferers, but is now less offensive.

He said: "Just to clarify for uptight people stuck in the past. The word mong means Down's Syndrome about as much as the word gay means happy. I never use the word mong to mean anything to do with Downs Syndrome."

But comedian Richard Herring wasn't buying that and gave Ricky a pasting on his blog.

He said: "Ricky Gervais is new to Twitter and seems to have spent the first couple of weeks mainly posting pictures of himself pulling the kind of faces that school children pull to parody the disabled and calling people 'mongs'.

"I think many comics are guilty of using [the word "mong"] as convenient and humourless punchlines. I don't think any of them would do the same with the word 'n***er' or 'p**i' but they're happy to use 'mong' or 'retard' as a means of getting a laugh. And audiences will laugh at those words too and rarely even complain about them.

"If the words are upsetting some people and perpetuating a stereotype, isn't it more noble and thoughtful to just admit you might have made a mistake and stop?"

And a couple of other stand-ups that you've probably not heard of also criticised Ricky, who nevertheless remained defiant and even suggested that there was a bit of sour grapes going on.

He said: "Dear fans. Don't give the haters any attention. Those people aren't really offended by the things I say - they are offended by my success."

Is the word 'mong' offensive?
