Mitch Winehouse wants Sarah Harding for Amy foundation

Mitch Winehouse has revealed he wants Sarah Harding to be an ambassador for his charity set up in his late daughter's name.

The taxi driver has said he would send the Girls Aloud star into schools on behalf of the Amy Winehouse Foundation to help demonstrate the dangers of addiction.
Sarah checked into rehab earlier this month with alcohol and depressive issues following her split from fiancé Tom Crane.

"If we could pick Sarah up when she recovers and put her in front of a school assembly to tell those kids the reality of drinking and alcoholism, it would be making a big start," Mitch told The Sun.

"Sarah will be ideal, but all in good time when she has faced her own problems.

"There might be some kids who actually take notice of what she has to say."

Mitch has been working to set up the charity after the death of Amy in July, which has already given over £30,000 to sick children.

What do you think? Do you think Sarah would make a good spokesperson? Leave a comment below.

Sam Faiers: 'I thought I was going to die in gang attack'

Billie and Sam Faiers have revealed further details of the attack that left them injured and fearing for their lives.

The Only Way is Essex stars were at a nightclub on Sunday when the trouble started.

Billie explained to The Sun: "I was surrounded by at least 10 girls on the dance floor. Sam was nearby. Then, in a split second, I'm on the ground and there is blood coming out of my leg.
"I had been hit with a glass or a bottle."

The attack on Billie continued outside the club with only one of the many onlookers stepping in to help. The reality star's shoes, bag and phone were snatched by the girls.

Billie added: "I can only compare them to wild animals."

Worse was to come for sister Sam, who was lured to Repton Park in Chigwell by Billie's attackers. As she got out of her cab, Sam saw "at least nine girls" running towards her.

"I was smashed to the ground and just beaten. I was punched in the face and kicked in the head," she revealed.

"I don't know what was happening to anyone else but I just remember hearing the cab driver screaming for them to stop. I passed out."

The TOWIE star claims the gang only stopped when one attacker thought she might be dead and added: "If a kick had landed any differently I could be dead."

Both girls sustained cuts and bruises during the attack and Sam, who was given the all-clear after a brain scan, has been ordered to wear a neck brace.

The sisters insisted: "We're both strong women and we'll stick together through this."

According to The Sun, Metropolitan Police confirmed that allegations of assault and theft had been made and have launched an investigation.

X Factor: Furious Kelly Rowland 'goes AWOL'

The X Factor bullying row looks set to boil over into next week's show because Kelly Rowland has reportedly left the country in a big ol' diva huff.

Today's Sun newspaper claims the Destiny's Child star has abandoned her acts and flown back to the US, still fuming over Tulisa's comments about Misha B.

Rumour has it, the judging pair are no longer on speaking terms after Tulisa accused Misha of being "mean" towards other contestants and Louis Walsh branded her a "bully".

But rather than stick around and show her support, Kelly's gone AWOL.

A show insider told the paper: "If I was one of [Kelly's acts] I'd be thinking, 'Great... thanks'. As the contest heats up, she's left them in the lurch all week. It's very arrogant."
Louis issued an onscreen apology for his remarks on Sunday night and it is thought he and Kelly have spoken about the incident.

Tulisa, on the other hand, is apparently "baffled" by all the drama.

A friend of the N-Dubz star said: "Kelly had a major sense-of-humour failure - and was trying to suggest Tulisa was deliberately trying to destabilise her."

Apparently, it's worked too.

What do you think - were Tulisa's comments a deliberate attempt to 'destabilise' Kelly and should Ms Rowland be supporting her acts instead of jetting off to the US? Leave your comments below...

Jessie Wallace 'agrees to meet sexting ex'

Filed under:

PA

Jessie Wallace is reportedly getting ready to meet Vince Morse for the first time since she jilted him for sending rude pictures of her to his ex-GF.

The EastEnders star is claimed to have caved in to pressure from Vince to meet him face-to-face, having been ducking and diving to avoid him on the soap's set since the summer.
Jessie, 40, dumped Vince - who runs the catering operation on set - just days before their planned wedding in August after he texted racy pictures of her to his old flame Karen Short.

The Mirror has quoted 50-year-old Vince as saying: "It's a slow process. She needs time to forgive me for being a prat.

"We've agreed to meet. I can't push her."

But he was realistic about the prospects of a romantic reconciliation, saying that it was "in the land of far away at the moment".

And knowing Jessie's temper she might call the meeting off completely when she finds out Vince has been talking to the press about it.

What do you reckon? Is she making a terrible mistake? Comment below...
