Things have got so bad at the X Factor house that Simon Cowell has been forced to step in to issue a no-holds-barred warning.According to today's Mirror newspaper, the TV mogul put in a Skype call to the hopefuls to express his concern about their "quality and dedication".
The tabloid quotes Simon as saying, "This is your one chance. You have to take control of the situation and stamp your authority on the show. A lot of you are not doing that right now."
Yeah, he's basically advised them all to be divas... like they need telling.
So that's the wannabes dealt with - now for the judges.
In a bid to put an end to the rumoured Tulisa/Kelly war, not to mention the ratings slide, Gary invited the judges and Xtra Factor hosts Caroline Flack and Olly Murs round for dinner and crisis talks.

ITV bosses apparently aren't convinced though, because a double eviction is rumoured to be on the cards as producers try to boost viewing figures.
