They are two titans in the history of The X Factor, so it's nice to see two generations of judges working together, as Gary Barlow and Cheryl Cole are set to perform together at Children in Need Rocks. It has been reported that the pair will share a 'big section together on stage' at the charity concert organised by Gary next week, and in preparation, he has been helping Cheryl out in rehearsals.
Cheryl is said to be nervous about her comeback which will be the first time she has appeared on TV since last month's Pride of Britain Awards.
"Cheryl hasn't done much TV this year at all and it has been a while since she sang live on stage," a source told The Sun.
"She has been busy in the studio working on her next album so her voice is in good condition but she wanted to get some serious time together with Gary before next week."
We already knew the two were pals as they climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for Comic Relief in 2009, but we're getting ever so excited at the prospect of some sort of musical collaboration.
And if that wasn't enough, JLS and Lady Gaga are also performing at the event at Manchester's MEN arena on Thursday.
