Kitty: 'I used to eat one yoghurt a day'

Kitty Brucknell has revealed that she used to survive on just one yoghurt a day when she was taking her GCSEs because she was so stressed.

The axed X Factor hopeful also admitted to having Botox and lipo and stripped off for the photos that accompany the interview in Heat magazine.
Speaking about her body image, she said: "When I was 16, I got really stressed over my GCSEs. I got really skinny. But I took it to extremes. I was eating, like, one yoghurt a day. But I looked f**king amazing.

"That was the problem - I didn't think that I was anorexic. The problem is, it's not natural to be a size zero. I love food - I couldn't do without it - so I started eating properly again."

She also opened up about her cosmetic procedures, saying: "I first had (Botox) back in 2009, after I'd had lipo, and it was just the best idea ever. I'm really pleased.

"I was really worried that I would end up with frown lines, like my mum. I think Botox is a good thing.

"I had lipo when I was 24. I always wanted it, ever since I was, like, 16 or 17, because I hated my body. So I begged my mum for lipo, and in the end she was like, 'Well, if it's going to make you happy.' It's the best thing I ever did."

She also reckons the reason she didn't make The X Factor final was because she was 'too annoying and weird'.

"I'm just such a f**king weird person," she said. "I'm too weird for The X Factor."

"I'm extremely annoying. But I'm also very passionate and professional. And you can't have one without the other."

But there was one thing she was remaining tight-lipped about: her meeting with Lady Gaga.

"What she said to me was private and personal and not to whore out to the press," she said

"But she was very inspirational; she gave me a lot of career advice. We got f**king wrecked in her dressing room. It was funny. But it's private - [otherwise] it's star-f**king."

Shamed Frankie Cocozza may have given the impression that he wanted to sleep with everything in sight during his time on The X Factor, but it seems there is one woman safe from his, um, charms.

The talent show's resident bad lad has admitted be wouldn't dare try it on with judge Tulisa because he's scared of her!
Speaking in this week's heat magazine, Frankie revealed he has the hots for her rival Kelly Rowland, but wouldn't want to date the N-Dubz singer.

"I wouldn't have the bottle to try it on with Tulisa," he said. "She's fierce as f**k. She's really scary!"

The 19 year-old - who also admitted in the interview he didn't sleep with fellow contestant Amelia Lily - didn't exactly hold back about his bedroom antics.

Rating himself twelve-and-a-half in the sack, he revealed he's slept with 71 women since losing his virginity at the age of 12 and says that one of them falling pregnant would be 'the worst thing in the world'.

Frankie also believes he was 'embarrassed in front of the nation', as he knew he couldn't compete with the other contestants on the show.

"I knew I couldn't sing," he said. "I dealt with being embarrassed in front of the country by going out and getting wasted.

"I was really embarrassed by some of the clothes I was put in and the fact that I was dressed up to be a rock star. I just felt stupid."

Ah Frankie, you poor lamb.

Tulisa facing Ofcom probe over X Factor salute

X Factor judge Tulisa is facing an Ofcom investigation after complaints were made about her trademark move, 'The Arm'.

During each X Factor intro, the N-Dubz star lifts her arm in what first appeared to be a Cheryl Cole copycat salute.
It just so happens that her tattoo, 'The Female Boss', is also the name of her very own brand of perfume.

Way to get some free advertising Tulisa.

The viewers, apparently, have had enough... and not just of her unimaginative judging critiques.

According to the Daily Mail, Ofcom received several complaints from peeved X Factor fans who accused the 23-year-old of illegally promoting the product and an investigation has been launched.

So Gary's got his wink, Kelly's got her excitable waving and unfeasibly long legs, and Louis has got his... well, okay, Louis looks like somebody's slipped something into his tea in the dressing room, but they've all got their own little trademarks.

The question is, can Tulisa come up with something original?

What do you think - should Tulisa be banned from using her trademark X Factor salute? Leave your comments below...

Tulisa Contostavlos might have been turned into a Cheryl Cole clone since she got The X Factor gig but let us not forget that the N-Dubz singer hasn't exactly always been a glamour puss. In fact, far from it. It's amazing what wonders a pair of Jimmy Choos and a couple of Alexander McQueen dresses can do... So, hooped earrings and velour tracksuits at the ready, it's time to check out some of Tulisa's chavviest looks.

Controversial Rihanna video banned in France

Rihanna's video for We Found Love has already caused a media furore but it's not just a certain Irish farmer that's unhappy about her behaviour.

Our friends across the channel have decided the video should, under no circumstances, be shown before 10pm.

Why? Because the French authorities believe it could encourage "self-destructive behaviour".
The Supreme Audiovisual Council of France ruled that sex, drugs, booze, smoking, shoplifting and abuse are too much for daytime TV.

Presumably they don't have Jeremy Kyle over there.

Still, we don't imagine Ri-Ri's too bothered. Her S&M video was banned in a number of countries and prompted a lawsuit.

Frankly, a Rihanna video without any controversy just wouldn't seem right.

If you haven't already witnessed Ri-Ri's "self-destructive behaviour", check out the video below...

This celeb is no stranger to stars but I never thought I'd see him transformed into the world's biggest.

But who is that striking a Lady Gaga pose?

Find out over the jump...
It's only blinkin' Russell Grant!

The Strictly star and celebrity astrologer recreated one of Lady Gaga's most recent looks for this week's Heat magazine - and was grateful he didn't have to wear that meat dress.

Heat magazineHeat magazine

"Thank God we're not recreating GaGa's meat dress," he said. "I'll eat it, but not wear it. I don't do meat, darling, only glam."

He added: "GaGa is amazing. The only trouble is, sometimes I think she tries too hard. She's got to keep outdoing herself, so goes a bit, well, gaga. I'll do Glam GaGa, but that's it."

Russell - who was voted off Strictly on Saturday - also revealed that he's been approached to appear on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

"I've turned down I'm A Celebrity... every year," he said. "Because it's impossible to be glamorous in a jungle."

Christine Bleakley 'can't' set wedding date'

She's suffered the humiliation of being chucked off the Daybreak sofa, so you'd think at least Christine Bleakley would be able to console herself by planning her upcoming wedding to footballer Frank Lampard, right?

Wrong. The presenter has admitted she doesn't know when her wedding will take place as it all depends on his football commitments.
Christine - who has been announced as Holly Willoughby's replacement on Dancing on Ice - isn't too hopeful she'll be walking down the aisle next summer as the Euro football championships happen to be on at the same time.

"We can't quite plan anything - it all depends on the summer and whether Frank is picked for Euros or not," Christine told Digital Spy.

"You assume possibly yes if you're lucky enough, but it doesn't mean that he is. If that's the case that he is, the whole summer is eaten up!"

The couple announced their engagement in July after they started seeing each other in November 2009.

Meanwhile, Daybreak bosses are reportedly looking to hire unknown presenters to replace Christine and co-host Adrian Chiles.

It had been thought they were chasing Eamonn Holmes and Natasha Kaplinsky, but it seems they have changed their minds.

Bosses are now said to be wary of using high profile names again given the show flopped with the former One Show duo at the helm.

Lauren pours cold water on Mark and Emily romance

As the nation is gripped by its annual bout of jungle fever, there's one person who is not buying into Mark Wright's budding romance with Emily Scott - his ex Lauren Goodger.

Self-styled Essex playboy Mark has appeared to hit it off with model and DJ Emily since she entered the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! camp last week, with the pair already planning to do stuff together afterwards, but Lauren is remaining sceptical.
The Sun quoted her as saying: "Is it true love? No. Mark gets bored easily so there will be another one next week.

"Emily seems like a nice girl. Mark is a very flirty boy anyway. That's the way he is, so it's quite funny."

And she appeared to be leaving the way open for a reunion, despite their recent public falling-out over her decision to reveal she had an aborted his baby a few years ago.

She continued: "We always seem to go back and forward. We're still friends and stuff so you never know.

"I think Mark's doing really well. He's given it his all. I'm shocked he's done these things because he's a big baby really."

Anyway, is it just us, or did the programme makers basically pay Emily to go on the show and have a relationship with Mark? Isn't there another word for that?

But she seems quite taken by him anyway, saying: "Mark's got great energy in the camp. He's really flirty and cheeky. It's super-cute and super-sweet."

What do you reckon? Will Mark and Emily last? Comment below...
